Welcome to Elite Defense Consulting. By booking a class, seminar, or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. General Information
Elite Defense Consulting provides firearms training and related services. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and our policies.

2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise specified. You must be legally permitted to handle firearms under federal, state, and local laws. Proof of eligibility, such as a government-issued ID, may be required before participation.

3. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected. We accept payments via [Insert Payment Methods].

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel 48 hours or more before the class, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable. No-shows will not receive a refund or rescheduling option. If Elite Defense Consulting cancels or reschedules a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Safety and Conduct
Safety is our top priority. All participants must follow the four universal firearm safety rules and any instructions from instructors or range staff. Alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances are strictly prohibited before or during the class. Unsafe or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the class without a refund.

6. Equipment and Ammunition
Participants must bring their own firearms, ammunition, and required gear unless otherwise specified. Ammunition requirements will be outlined in the course details. All firearms and gear must be in safe working condition. Instructors may reject unsafe equipment.

7. Assumption of Risk
By participating in our classes, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with firearms training, including physical injury or property damage. You agree to release Elite Defense Consulting, its instructors, and staff from any liability, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Waiver and Release
All participants must sign a waiver and release of liability before attending any class. Failure to sign the waiver will result in denial of participation without a refund.

9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including handouts and videos, are the property of Elite Defense Consulting. You may not reproduce or distribute these materials without written consent.

10. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for business purposes, such as processing payments and confirming bookings. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Force Majeure
Elite Defense Consulting is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
